Dear Students 

Education plays an important role in enabling a person to face a real life situation with adequate knowledge. College is a temple of learning &  in this temple of learning, we are making our best efforts to give quality education.  Our vision to “Educate, Enlighten and Empower” has been tested over the last 50 years and has proved to be effective and successful with time and accepted and appreciated by one & all.  The college which had a humble beginning in July 1973, has got around 3000 strengh on roll in various range of streams & there have been scholars & sportspersons with exceptional merits.

As we complete 50 years of yeoman's service, what comes to my mind is that-“Success comes to those who work hard and stays with those who don’t rest on the laurels of the past”. We live today in world that is so very different from the one we grew up and the one we

were educated in. In this fast changing world, educators need to pause and reflect on this entire system of education. Keeping this in mind we go through a continuous process of reflection and work at implementing a well-balanced curriculum with variety of subjects to offer. This institution ensures that the students, who walk into the portals of our college, are fully prepared to face challenges of life.

Aristotle has rightly said, “Educating the mind without educating the heart is no education at all”. Keeping this in mind, continuous  efforts are made to inculcate ethics &moral values, nurture principles and impart education to match the advancement in technology and globalization. We take pride in ourselves to help our students to grow and develop as enlightened, sensible and responsible citizens of the future. This institution provides a safe, protective and congenial environment and boasts of a remarkable work- culture having supportive people, dedicated teachers, sincere students, caring and cooperative parents and old students which blend harmoniously to create this college an ideal place of learning. This 50^th ongoing year of the college marks our growth, unfold our imagination and gives life to our thoughts and aspirations.
