In our country ,in the ancient days,”Vidya” or education was considered to be the” third eye”of man,which gives him insight mental strength.There is common saying In India “Swadesh Pujayate Raja, Vidvan Sarvatra Pujayate”.It means that the king’s respect is limited to his own kingdom whereas a leraned man is respected everywhwere. ‘Vedas’also meant “Education”.  It helps them to differentiate between good and bad.It gives them clarity  of thought and understanding ultimately developing their character. Learning is life long process.From infancy throught life we never stop learning.

The business environment of today is causing a marked increase for management education.Education is a multipurpose process.The Department Of Management Studies(BBA) was established in the college in the session 2008-2009 under the ageis of Self-Finance Scheme.

The mission of our department is to holistically develop all our students to develop themselves.Our highly acclaimed faculty members put in them best efforts in order to bring out the latent qualities of students and help them explore newer avenues for themselves.We propel our students in the right direction and help them to explore newer facets in this highly competitive world.Bachelor of Business Administraion(BBA) is a regular course and also being affliated with highly reputed Himachal Pradesh University Shimla.The self-financing courses of the college is registered under the H.P Society Act in the name of Higher Education Institute Society (HEIS) Govt.College Dhaliara with effect from 1 Nov,2014.

The aim of a BBA course is to inject basic management skills to the  students seeking a bright career in today competitive Era. After taking admission to BBA course of our department  a student can be a leader for tomorrow.The duration of BBA is three years, spread over six semesters. There shall be an examination at the end of each semester. The total number of seats in the  BBA course is proposed 60, distributed as under.  

Objectives of the  Course

1. To prepare highly skilled professionals , with a strong conceptual and threoretical background in the field of management theory and its application.
2. To increase the level of self-confidence.
3. To develop the positive attitude.
4. To learn professional integrity.
5. To develop employability skills.
